Rubbish shed full of rubbish.bincollection area.now there are rats running around, 8th February
Hafod housing aware that there is an issue.The majority of the residents are elderly.This has been an issue for months and is a health hazard.rats have now been seen in the area of the bins.The bin store needs to be cleaned reguarly

Drain in alleyway behind 14 Hazel court blocked completely and causing flooding in alleyway, 5th February
This drain has been blocked for some time and it's causing flooding up to our ankles in the alleyway and its our only entrance/ exit from our home .its been reported before but they went to the alleyway in front of us instead .

The road is absolutely caked with mud and it's not walkable at the moment . I use a mobility scooter and can't even use it on the road .

Issues with railway sleepers being used as retaining wall, 3rd February
There is approximately 20 plus concrete railway sleepers being used as a retaining structure. These railway sleepers weigh around 300kg each. They are stacked on top of each other and jammed in between I-beams, but they are not securely positioned tied in to the structure. This retaining wall is above 6 foot and holding back wet soil/spoil. I personally believe this poses a threat to the public using the pathway. If this was being used on any of my sites it would simply be flagged and avoided.

2 carvans street full of cars blocking the dead end full of rubbish on parking bays cause of massive rat problem, 3rd January
Street full of rubbish 2 carvans on parking bay rubbish all under them cars that’s not from the street blocking the end so you can’t drive and turn around .. they their all day every day till early morning they fly tripping on top causeing a huge problem with rats
