Eastern Promenade -everywhere -full road -, 25th April
This road needs general inspection. I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of roads in our area are sub-standard conditions. THE ROAD SURFACING ON THIS area IS VERY BAD , and is is full of potholes and the rest of the street cracks and holes, the number of potholes continued to grow on this road and need to take serious measures of repair in order to prevent the situation being any worse.Your authority has a legal responsibility to maintain roads to a safe standard under the Highways Act 1980. Flytipping from resident in Suffolk Place, 22nd April
Please address this Flytipping as a matter of urgency. Resident from Suffolk place porthcawl as dumped all this in the rear lane behind their property and their adjoining neighbours property. Please address this as a priority I am trying to sell my house and this makes the area look uninhabitable. The residents should take this to the community recycling centre not leave it outside. This has been like this since Saturday.

Accident risk, 18th April
High risk of Road traffic accident on the south cornelly bypass. Lack of speed signs and lack of sign before reaching the blind bend to indicate to slow down due to roundabout ahead . Vehicles travel at high speed towards porthcawl on the bypass and unable to break in time when there is a queue of cars at the roundabout ahead or when cars have slowed to approach the roundabout.

Bin removed. Needs reinstating, 13th April
Long established bin has been removed. This is right by the entrance to a well used lane to and from Rest Bay, and is used by dog walkers and pedestrians. Since removal there has been a noticeable increase in litter discarded nearby in hedgerows etc. Please reinstate.

Hubcaps, rope lots of bulky waste, 2nd April
The road is continually flooded throughout the autumn/winter/spring months. Car get stuck and need towing out, leaving rope hubcaps and a lot of other rubbish/debris in the road, this is a particular problem near the flooded area where the road is also in a state of disrepair. The entire lane has rubbish thrown into it and needs removing.

Refuse and waste in garden attract rats, 12th March
There is an awful lot of refuse and waste dumped in black bags in the rear garden of this house in Suffolk Place that backs onto the lane leading from Lewis Place to Fenton place that is attracting rats. This is the third rat that has been seen please can you address the issue as a priority? Thank you.

Refuse collection - shoddy and rude service, 8th March
When collecting the recycling from Severn Road, our refuse collectors consistently drop litter on the floor that falls out of peoples bags. They completely ignore this and leave it on the floor. My wife confronted them this morning after she observed them doing this again, physically handed some of the rubbish to them- their response - "It's the wind love" (very patronising) and when walking away (they thought out out of earshot) "we can't help it if it's f**king windy" - rude, abusive, non-apologetic, not good enough!! IT'S MUCH WORSE WHEN THE YOUNGSTERS ARE ON THE ROUND WHO CLEARLY JUST DON'T CARE. And we pay £300 a month for this??????? Absolute joke. I expect a response to this complaint and for this to stop happening.
