Pavement neon spray paint, 10th April
Hi, i’m not sure if it is graffiti or if this has been done by the council but it is bright green/bright pink spray paint on the pavement and it looks horrendous. I’m currently trying to sell my property and it’s really putting people off so I would like it removed as soon as possible. as soon as you come on the street you will see it
