Dog fouling, 3rd April
There has been many times over the past few weeks that the owner of a dog has been letting them out and has been fouling right infront of the gate to my house. This week the dog has fouled and it has been left there, we have a son who is an infant and we are constantly telling him watch the poo. Why should we have to pick it up? It’s not our responsibility.
