Mardy mot garage regularly burn hazardous waste. The smoke is black and blows over the children's play park and local homes. The firebrigade attended recently. But the owner fly tipped matteres frames etc off the incinerator bin fire over the fence . This being at the rear of the silver dome facing east side. You have fly tipping and illegall burning of hazardous waste. Massive health and safety public issues. Besides the fires may ignite local reeds and trees.

Litter around ballrd and lynton terrace,around the flats,road etc.seems to becoming more of a problem in the area lately,from cans,papers,McDonald's,coffee cups and more.

Flytipping on the side of ball rd flats again, 22nd April
Flytipping from a resident on the side of flats in ball Rd,corner of lynton and ball rd cf3 3bx.this been there for a number of weeks which seems to attract more items and rubbish,many thanks.this seems to be becoming a problem here

Blocking pavements STILL, 20th April
Customers and staff using salon and barbers completely blocking pavement. No prams or wheelchairs can use it. This is a daily occurence. S Dangerous to walk in road or ride wheelchair in road as its a bus route. Reported twice before but nothing been done about it. Thought people parking on pavements were meant to be fined.

Two kerb stones broken the blocked end of Brachdy Lane. People parking on the pavements keep breaking them.

Dog faeces, 18th April
Please may we have the grass cut . The park literally is full of dog faeces.
Where owners look the other way whilst their dog does the buissiness.
Some owners are good but you have the pond life whom just do not care.
Ironically their offspring play in the park.
Probably get the faeces on them as others do.
We need this to stop but cut the grass urgently.
This will churn all faeces up and hopefully help resolve some of the issue.
If others take pictures of these people and post them on local social media.
That may help some too.

Parking on pavements in ball rd, 7th April
I'm a disabled person who lives in ball Rd,cf34bx.cars,people have been parking outside where I normally park my disabled car,these are using the rugby club in Hartland Rd,llanrumney,apparently they have shut their gates and the visitors are parking,littering etc in the surrounding area.with shopping I cannot get near to where I live with bags,I've had to walk with emphasymia and other conditions Saturday and Sunday,what's going on ?

Mud from site going up the road from hartland road, 4th April
Mud from site vehicles going up ball Rd Hill again,worse when it's raining this gets sprayed over residents cars,normally the washer cleans it up

Dumping litter on bustops, 22nd March
After cardiff council litter picked and cut grass during the week finally getting the area outside ball road flats corner ofnlynton terrace in llanrumney,cardiff people dumped this red bag which they do all the time on both bustops in ball Rd,cf3 4bx the birds or animals rip them open to get what's inside,this then blows everywhere all over the road and the front of flats,there is a real problem here with littering,fly tipping allready

There are numerous potholes right on the traffic light crossing, they are deep and dangerous and someone could trip and fall crossing the road at night. Will need fixing asap.

Dangerous and deep pot holes, 13th March
Large and deep potholes have developed again on this junction. They are impossible to avoid as they are in 2 places, the centre of the road and also near the kerb at this junction. Not only are they likely to cause serious damage to vehicles they are also VERY DANGEROUS TO CYCLISTS.
