Heol Brynglas is not a fully adopted highway. There are only 4 houses and vehicle users who reside on Heol Brynglas. The primary and most significant vehicle users (and resultant generators of road traffic damage) are the daily attendees at Cardiff Council/Education Dept. Greenhill School. Please repair the potholes and maintain along the entire road surface, to reflect this usage and resultant damage.
