Very busy bus stop outside Charles Court building. This results in lots of rubbish being disposed of within the grounds of this building as there is no bin at the bus stop. This has been going on ever since the building was built, from start of 2022.

Stone sticking out of the side of the road, 23rd February
Driving from the traffic lights (harts down end) on the left hand side I was going towards Westwood Cross. A wider vehicle was coming the other way so I had to pull in to let them get passed without any collision. Turns out there's a stone sticking out of the side of the road which penetrated my tyre and cause me to have to get a new one fitted. I managed to get myself to safety and then had to call AA out who then took me to a garage and had to have a new tyre fitted.

Anti social behaviour drugs drug dealing, 24th November
Big problem with anti social behaviour and drugs especially the property’s that riverside housing run but to be fair the whole street and surrounding areas I have and others have made untold reports but still living with it nothing seems to be happening and reports have been made to Kent police and Thanet District council it’s affecting many people’s lives people are at breaking point

Path is becoming overgrown, 22nd November
It will become impossible to walk through. You already have to duck underneath.
There are also some unsafe looking concrete fences.

Abandoned Motorbike - Helena Avenue CT9 5SL, 16th August
Motorbike has been stationed on the road since February 2022. Owner unknown. Alarm goes off when it rains. The motorbike has fallen onto cars and caused damage.

Water leaking from road, 14th July
There has been a constant stream of water wastage coming from the centre of the road at this arrowed spot for over a month and it's getting worse gradually. Vehicles are splashing over it.

Wooden post for reflectors protecting the pavement has rotted at the base and fallen over. It's now lying on the pavement.

Uneven path that moves since gas works, 2nd March

Sorry but there is a dip in the road / pot hole on the junction of crundale way, Palm Bay.. they are on the give way line as you enter the road from bottom to the top

Vehicles totally pavement parking, total obstruction, 17th January
Church Street, St Peters, Broadstairs. A number of vehicles constantly parked fully contained on the footpath causing a total obstruction to pedestrians. A regular occurrence outside the flower shop and hairdressers. There is also a vehicle parked on a daily basis outside the house next to these premises.
