The pedestrian walking/ cycling suface of the pedestrian promenade from Herne Bay Harbour to Bishopstone. Has numerous potholes and open voids in it concrete surface. It needs to be surveyed and remedial repairs completed as a matter of urgency.

Overgrown brambles across footpath, 9th August
The front bush of this house has not been cut for years. Now strands of brambles sprout the full width of the footpath making it dangerous for mobility scooter users, blind people and children. Everyone is forced into the busy Reculver Road or risks real injury.

Inconsiderate and dangerous parking, 25th April
The residents of number 9 Barley Close CT67XG own a commercial vehicle well over 2 metres high that they park outside my living room window and across the entrance to my drive that blocks out most of my day light and makes it dangerous to leave my drive as I can't see whats coming down the street They also ignore double yellow lines that are not enforced

Tree preservation order application, 24th August
The ancient tree on the site of the church at this point is healthy, is a local focal point and supports large numbers of wild birds and bats. It has come to my notice that local tree surgeons have Neen asked to quote to cut the tree down. There were two of these trees and the other, also healthy was cut down. I wish to apply for a TPO to protect tge remaining tree.

Lids missing on bins - rubbish strewn across Downs, 19th May
Bins along the Downs have missing lids. The seagulls/wind cause any good wrappers to end up all across the grass and littering the natural environment. This is causing plastics and other waste to ruin the environment and look untidy.
