Travellers leaving rubbish and human feces, 30th November
I am a resident here. Travellers have moved onto the harbour area. 5 caravans here they throw their rubbish out. I see it. plastic bags getting ripped up and blown into our sea. Since they have been here there is human feces up the tower they are using that as a toilet.

Area looks untidy and encroaching on public footpath, 9th November
Moat have recently found out via Land Registry that the large hedge and green area in front of the estate Doggerel Acre does not fall within their boundary to maintain. Maintenance has therefore stopped and the area is now looking unsightly. Moat’s boundary ends in line with the entrance to Doggeral Acre and there is a fence,I’ve boundary behind the large hedge which needs reducing in height and depth.

No entry sign covered by plants and bins, 23rd October
The no entry sign at the exit from Victoria St car park has been covered by overgrown plants and the restaurant opposite has put their bins in front of it so it can't be seen from the road (either direction). Cars are now entering the car park this way and there have been several near misses with other cars and pedestrians.

Recycling hasn’t been collected for weeks, 12th September
