Someone has dumped household furniture and mattresses in the small patch of woodland., 20th August
The What 3 Words location is 'kilts.partner.subplot'
As you walk into the playing fields from Chestnut Close there is a small bit of woodland (directly opposite the children's play area.). Just inside this woodland someone has very recently dumped their household rubbish. This includes Furniture, Mattresses and garden furniture. The woods and undergrowth have only been damaged in one area - which leaves a path in the direction from which the rubbish was dragged in order to get to its present location.

No view of traffic from right travelling at 40mph (if we are lucky), 5th July
This junction is a death trap waiting to happen. The A28 is a busy road and yet the view to the right from the junction with Shalmsford Road is about 30m. This has been reported before and nothing was done apart from a hedge trim - surprisingly it grew again! The hedge of the bungalow (occupied by an old couple) has grown substantially and now blocks the view. Just cutting the hedge is not a solution, something more dramatic needs to be done to vastly improve the view and make the junction safe. Pulling out into traffic travelling at a minimum of 40mph is like Russian roulette. I intend setting up a petition to get the Highways Agencies and Councils to actually take action before we have more deaths on this road.
