Street light not lighting outside 12 Mount Pleasant., 24th August
Our only street light has not been working for a week now. There are elderly people living in this street that has daily care, and I myself are on call at night to my elderly neighbour. Not only am I frightened of falling myself, but is is dangerous.

New barbed wire on narrow section of NCR 1, 20th December
This very narrow section of NCR 1 was recently resurfaced, it's a busy shared use path just off Dukes Meadow where children play. There is barely enough room for people to pass in opposite directions but fence has been put up on the west side of the path with 2 rows of barbed wire along the top. This fence sperates the path from the orchard, there is no livestock in the orchard and the fence ends abrubtly so dogs can still get into the orchard. Whoever is responsible for this barbed wire is either extremely inconsidertate or making a statement as regards public safety as this path is busy with kids, they could easily catch the barbed wire on their necks, or cyclists on the legs etc. This is exceptionally stupid and it should be removed.

Flooding, 12th December
Whenever it rains you cannot safely cross the road at the designated pedestrian crossing point due to severe flooding on the road that forms a large puddle along the road and across the junction of library Road. It happens every time there is a lot of rain.

Abandoned Vehicle, Causing Huge Amounts of Traffic Issues, 16th September
There is an Orange MPV type vehicle parked on the main road, that causes huge traffic issues either way of the main road into Canterbury. Also there is a school at the top of the hill that creates traffic issues often with kids running around. Each house along that road has a driveway so if it does belong to someone along there then there is no need to park on the road,

Cars parking too close to the junction, 23rd November
Cars are parking far to close to the junction. This then is forcing cars leaving Lovell road onto the wrong side of the road. This then means cars turning into the junction are face on with the cars leaving. The junction is dangerous anyway and several times I have nearly been hit by a car turning in as I am trying to leave as I am technically on the wrong side of the road. Very dangerous and there will be an accident.
