There are about 3 large potholes on the side of the road in the passing bay which can and will cause damage to tyres if not careful. It has been notified to KCC for fixing as all of the potholes have been marked but not dealt with for some time.

Silver golf car and a silver van parking on the corner, 29th June
The issue has been ongoing for at least two months has made driving onto the road very dangerous the two vehicles have been blocking view up the road when trying to come from brenchley to rectory have witnessed multiple near misses from car not being able to see incoming traffic. The two cars are parking on two white lines white lines going through as there is a disabled spot just up the road, it is illegal to park there

Tarmac has been laid by a child with no thought of anyone., 5th December
I know this is an entrance to a building site but they've totally destroyed a perfectly good tarmac road. With no awareness of anyone walking this. I wrenched my left leg and foot which is already not good. This is totally not acceptable. The lighting, despite the photo looking bright, is dark. I've really hurt myself.

Speeding traffic Middle Deal Road, 10th June
The traffic leaves the roundabout ,at the London road junction, And come into Middle Deal Road, between 30 mph, And 50 mph. All vehicles from boy and girl racers to Bus and lorry drivers. I personally have had one car, made a right off, because a car was speeding ,and could not stop in time for on coming traffic. And had my new car hit it about time something don’t,. A speed camera, or speed humps . This problem has been going on for 3 years.

Bollards have been hit by passing vehicles, 27th May
The road side bollards have been hit by passing vehicles and have become loose causeing them to vibrate and rattle in the wind. Residents in the neibouring property complaining that the noise is disturbing them during the night.

Huge pothole on edge of bend, 20th April
A large, deep pothole (6 inches deep, about a foot wide) has come up on the field edge of the road, it's right on the bend so you have to move to the other side of the lane to avoid it, into the path of oncoming traffic.

Manhole cover needs sttention as it is a constant noise nuisance which can be heard across many residences., 18th March
Manhole cover may need re-seating as every time a vehicle drives over it there is a loud, double beat noise. Irritating as it occurs all day and all night on his busy road (St Richard's Road). This has been like this for several weeks.

Cars and vans, 7th February
Cars and vans parked out side my property both sides on Sunday the 7 Feb at 01.40 the gritter lorry was unable to get past and had to back down the road again at 02.30 a lorry also could not get passed and had to do the same. I am now being woken through the night because of this issue and parking needs to be sorted not left
