Southern Water manhole, 25th September
Rotting manhole cover - been reported before for replacement and spray marked but not replaced. If a member of the public stepped here to avoid traffic it could collapse.

Road dips and cracks, 25th January
The road outside The Old Vicarage, The Street, CT13 0QT has cracks and dips going across it that appear to be getting deeper and have worsened in the last year - there are concerns with regards to the safety of the road. The increased traffic of heavy goods vehicles makes the building vibrate when they go past as it is on the roadside and with these dips appearing in the road concerns over stability of services underneath.

Dangerous and slippery foot path, 9th January
The footpath from the entrance of Foxborough Close as far as the top of Fir Tree Hill is covered with very wet and slippery leaves and muck several inches deep and has been like this for 6 months, unable to walk safely on the footpath and have to walk in the road , as do several many elderly residents in the area.
