Blocked drains flowing out into the ditch which is resulting in water not draining and road liable to potential flooding., 19th March
Due to the blockages exiting into the ditch, (refer to photos) this is causing surface water to back up due to the sludge like material not allowing flow. this prevents the surface water from discharge and could result in that area of airport way to flooding as a result of heavy rain.

Recent road repairs are breaking up, 14th February
There were a few big bumps/potholes filled recently on where the milton slip road joins the A14. These are degrading quickly and back to becoming hazards again. The repairs do not look good quality - littered with cracks etc.

A14 Jct33 - eastbound entry sliproad, 7th February
Immediately at the tip of the sliproad, there was a pothole most of a metre across that was patched in early January. Unfortunately, the repair appears to be in the process of failing - it's sinking again and the surface is breaking up.
There are several similar potholes of lesser depth and impact between this one and the centre of the junction, and given the speed at which this repair failed I suspect a more comprehensive resurface/repair of the A14 surface in the vicinity of the junction is needed.

Missing manhole cover on grass outside 36 Peverel Road., 21st September
Deep (maybe 2m?) hole with ladder steps down. I *think* I can see the manhole cover at the bottom, tho something else has been dropped in on top. Someone has put an old cupboard door over it in an attempt to reduce immediate hazard of someone falling down but really needs immediate attention.

Dangerous to cross Milton Road diagonally at Toucan crossing, 30th May
As the bridleway crosses Milton Road, it swaps sides of the busway, so most pedestrians and cyclists want to cross diagonally. However the toucan crossing only protects people crossing Milton Road. It doesn't stop busway traffic.
This is confusing and dangerous. When the road traffic stops at red lights, and the Toucan crossing turns green, it feels very safe to cross the busway. Yet buses can come from three directions (busway west, busway east, Milton Road south) at speeds of 30 mph.
Cyclists in particular are tempted to cross diagonally from north west to south east. Last week I saw a near accident.
