Fences removed allowing vehicles to park on grass, 7th March
Wooden fences around the green spaces on Kent Way were removed due to rotting and not replaced. As a result people have started to park their vehicles on the grass and paving, which has churned up the mud, means green spaces are not accessible, blocks pavements (especially to those with mobility problems, buggies, etc.) and is generally an eyesore. Could the fences which were removed be replaced, as fencing has been replaced along Hawkins Road?

Pothole, left side of left-hand lane, westbound carriageway, immediately before the sliproad joins for traffic joining the A14., 16th January
Large pothole, size of several dinnerplates. Probably around 4-5cm deep. Unpleasant and needs fixing, makes a nasty bang if you hit it (I try to slow down and/or veer around it when safe to do so). Not needing an "emergency" fix, but it's been present since Nov/December and it'd be good to have it fixed in a couple of weeks, rather than months.

Small plastic box in lane, 19th November
A small transparent plastic box was discarded in the lane just before 11.30am 14/11/23 by a white male. He repeatedly banged the box on the ground until it came open, then took the contents and rode off on a black bicycle up Milton Road. Afterwards I noticed the box is marked: Protected by GPS. Caution: security device - must be removed at checkout before leaving store.

10 downing street, 27th October
Parasitic infection of downing street by conservative layabouts who are as much use as a chocolate fire guard in winter. Pest control urgently needed. The smell of effulent when one of them opens their mouths is worse than the great stink. Cabinet falling apart.

Traveller/gypsy encampment outside Mayfield school, 5th September
Around 5 vans/caravans parked on the green outside Mayfield Primary School. Please arrange for them to be moved to a more suitable official site. Travellers are typically camped at this location two or three times a year, often leaving behind fly-tipped rubbish. I suggest the council fits obstacles to avoid unauthorised vehicles mounting the kerb and getting onto the green.
