Street light not working, 5th December
I have tried to report this light being out, I have contacted Uttlesford council, Essex county council and Great Chesterford parish council. ALL have not progressed anything regarding this street light. This is on the B1383 a busy route which is also an alternate route should the M11 be blocked.

Street lighting failure, 5th December
The street light is flashing and failing to ignite the bulb. Therefore there is no Road or pavement illumination. This is dangerous and will cause an accident.

M11 South Bound - Near Great Chesterford, 26th November
There is a reduced speed limit of 50mph down to 40mph on the M11 near Great Chesterford, on the south bound carriageway for approximately 2-4 miles.
A number of the temporary speed limit signs are not present, there are multiple temporary signs that are not visible due to have been blown over.
This is causing confusion with multiple road users, which is causing multiple cars to do various speeds from 40mph to 70mph due to a lack of clarity and speed limit repeater signs, during the road work section of the carriageway.
There doesn’t appear to be any carriageway maintenance or highway staff on the road or any obvious cause to the reduced speed limit, which questions why there is a significantly reduced speed limit in place.
If this could be looked into as a matter of urgency as this is a potentially dangerous situation.

There are a series of very bad potholes in the fast lane between junctions 9 and 8 (southbound). It is not the first time over the last few years that I have seen bad potholes on this stretch of the M11.

Massive Pothole the size of the whole right hand lane, 20th May
There is a massive pothole the size of the whole right hand lane between junctions 8 and 9, just somewhere past saffron Walden. Extremely dangerous and cannot be avoided when there is traffic in both lanes since there are only 2 lanes. Should be a high priority fixture!

Large, dangerous pot hole, 2nd April
Large hole in carriageway, difficult to pinpoint exact location but it’s on the A11 northbound filter lane at junction 9, location of hole means drivers have to swerve to avoid it. Please can you attend ASAP and repair before an accident happens. Thanks.

The frence about 20feet long in the field is completely gone and today seen dears running down embankment to M11 , worried as nothing stopping animal on motorway and causing an accident .

Huge crater as exit m11 onto A11 Junction9. I see was reported 10th March and still getting bigger now on 22nd March., 22nd March
Dangerous and saw one car with blow out as result and a colleague of mine (Chauffeur drivers) has had bulge on tyre as result of hitting pot hole. The m11 has had recent closures but it's still like driving on the moon full of craters.. Shocking road repairs. Very dangerous and expensive for continuous drivers like Chauffeur drivers

Large road sign obscuring view, 13th February
When coming from the B184 (Saffron Walden) onto the A11/M11 roundabout, there is a large road sign which is at ground level. This is obscuring the view of cars on the roundabout / just entering the roundabout and causes mutliple near misses. Sign should be lifted from the ground so you can see if there is a car coming before you pull out, as would be usual for signs when joining a roundabout.
