Can you confirm if these yellow box markings and legitimate? There were marking for a period of over 10 years in front of the garages but today, without warning or notification, they have been extended. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an incident that occurred on 9th March 2024 involving one of our drivers, Robert Nyawanhu.
We regret to inform you that while performing a maneuver to reverse the vehicle on the aforementioned date, Mr. Nyawanhu inadvertently collided with a sign pole in the vicinity. We apologize for the delay in reporting this incident to the Broomley Borough Council.
Upon discovering the incident, we immediately initiated an internal investigation to assess the extent of the damage and determine the necessary actions to rectify the situation. Our primary concern was to ensure the prompt repair and restoration of any damages caused to public infrastructure.
In addition to addressing the physical damage, we have also reviewed our procedures and provided additional training to our drivers to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed reporting of this incident. We understand the importance of timely communication and cooperation with the Broomley Borough Council, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
