Tree roots lifting pavement broken tarmac, 29th April
Outside number 8 marsham close mainly and down the side alley , the home owner uses a wheel chair and often goes to hospital via ambulance as bed ridden , this is the only exit they can use causing difficulty pushing the wheel as the pavement is so uneven making it hard to push the whole close is quite damaged tbh

*** HAZARDOUS ***Japanese knot weed in Grove Park cemetery, 29th April
There is Japanese knot weed in the cemetery along the boarder where it runs adjacent to the railway line near to Elmstead Woods. There is quite a lot of it growing and it’s grown at least a foot in the last week.
I have notified the cemetery but still nothing seems to have been done. I live close by and worry it may spread to the houses.

Flooding from Elmstead Woods, 29th April
24 Wood Drive backs onto Elmstead Woods and significant amounts of water have been flooding into the garden. This happened last year due to a blocked culvert. I suspect it has blocked again over the winter. There is the risk that the owner who is 91 years old , will slip and hurt herself.

Large tree branch broken and hanging dangerously, 29th April
Large tree branch has snapped, but hanging on. Overhanging pavement so you need to walk in road, when i walked past large branches were falling already. This is next to bus Stop P. Walked [past at 8am this morning.
