Hedge in front garden encroaching on narrow pavement along busy road, 1st May
A hedge in the front garden of 1 Landau Terrace is partially encroaching on the narrow piece of pavement outside the property - the pavement here along Croydon Road is quite narrow. This is incredibly dangerous as the pavement is near the bus stop used by students at the nearby school. Please can it be cut back asap before a terrible accident happens.

Road repairs?, 1st May
The resident of merton gardens has called with a question and query, the reason being all the lines on the road got freshly painted yesterday. The resident is surprised with this as the surface of the road is is a state, with many places in need of repairs. He is now concerned that this means the road will not get any repairs at all in the near future. Please can we have a update of this area as to if we are planning any surface repairs.

Starts Hill Road surface falling apart with large holes and gouges on either side of Lovibonds at traffic islands. Reported many times before but just getting worse because of heavy contractor vehicles on site due to Gas Repair works. Very DANGEROUS and needs attn NOW.
