Grass cuttings not cleared, 8th May
Once again the contractors have not bothered to tidy up the grass cuttings. They will blow into peoples drives, which is unacceptable. I’m sure we pay well for this half hearted job.

Broken Paving & Ruptured Water Main, 7th May
Damaged paving slabs outside 35 Fairbank Avenue, appears to be caused by heavy vehicle driving on pavement. This in turn has ruptured water main (reported to TW). Telecoms cable inspection chamber concrete surround damaged and is also flooded. Water is flowing into adjacent street surface water drain and is also flowing to lower lying ground and flooding access via back gate.

Street name signs, 7th May
The street name signs for Darrick Wood Road at this location (both sides of the road) were recently replaced, but they have a white background instead of the green that is normally used all over the Borough. Why is this? Also the parking time restriction plates that were previously attached to these signs have not been replaced. Is this going to be rectified?

Large stone type of boulder on tour pavement its Danderous should not b there i think its there to STOP the deliveries these peopl have everyweek due to their business they have as materials are constantly coming in big lorrys which contain all Landscape Gardening Materials its the lorrys who sometimes mount the kerb and crack the slabs outside of all the slabs in our close and outside on the corners tooo but people cannot just put large boulders down on the councils pavements looks ridiculous also the grass outside often has signs they put on it saying KEEP OFF THE GRASS its not their grass not to mention they hav planted daffodilsin the grass too recently he has replaced the slabs i think 3 of them just a few wks ago because they were cracked this couple r obseessed with perfection and do what they want, 7th May
The large stone has been there a long time now amd its dangerous as a lady dropped off a small wooden cabinet she pulled up and did not see it from her car nearly went over it which would have damaged her car for sure then whos fault would this be as its on your land your pavement tooo if someone trips up on it then what you need to knock on No 1 door and get them to Remove it N9body else in our close has put large stines outside their house on the pavement

Drain cover broken, 7th May
The drain cover is broken and now has rubbish in it. Been like this for over a month and is at the end of gravel road on the left hand side by the last lamp post and flowerbed.

Tree branches in fron of house no 9 willow walk BR67AA dangerously swaying in high winds and posing a threat to house no 9 willow and parked cars in front yard. Needs trimming of big branches . Nearbybtree fell recently .previously reported no actions taken.

Tree not replaced, 6th May
A tree was chopped down outside 26/28 Hollingworth Road before Covid in 2019. It has never been replaced. A stake appeared a couple of years ago and that has since been removed as a tree was never planted. Recently many trees have been planted in and around Petts Wood. Multiple trees in Lynwood Grove, Petts Wood Road, Crescent Drive and many others. Why not here? The council clearly know about the location. Petts Wood Road has even had trees planted where there was not one previously! I’d hate to think that the council has chosen locations with more expensive properties for tree planting? We pay our council tax too.
