Huge spray from vehicles going through puddle, 6th May
A huge puddle forms regularly at this point. When vehicles drive through it pedestrians get soaked. Locals know to wait but just saw some people get wet through.

Tree not replaced, 6th May
A tree was chopped down outside 26/28 Hollingworth Road before Covid in 2019. It has never been replaced. A stake appeared a couple of years ago and that has since been removed as a tree was never planted. Recently many trees have been planted in and around Petts Wood. Multiple trees in Lynwood Grove, Petts Wood Road, Crescent Drive and many others. Why not here? The council clearly know about the location. Petts Wood Road has even had trees planted where there was not one previously! I’d hate to think that the council has chosen locations with more expensive properties for tree planting? We pay our council tax too.

Dying trees opposite 11/13 Melrose Crescent, next to 20 Melrose Crescent along Melrose crescent, 5th May
Dear team ,
We have noticed that the trees along 11/13 Melrose crescent and the passageway from Melrose crescent towards A21 (down the stairs), next and opposite to 20 Melrose crescent are looking to be dying this year. Those trees are essential for noise reduction of the A21, Co2 reduction and reduction for air pollution for the people living in the area. Today we have seen our neighbour from 20 Melrose crescent spraying weed deterrent on those trees. We spoke to her and she told us she has an argument with the council for years about the trees being cut, because the leaves falling into her driveway. We saw a lot of by passers, with dogs and little kids and being a doctor I find this rather hazardous being sprayed where people pass by during the day.. Can you please look into this matter as the preservation of trees along the A21 is very important.
