Public Tree causing trip / fall hazard, 25th April

Play Area Fence, 22nd April

As per our telephone conversation. I am currently dealing with a residents complaint that has gone up to Ward MP and Ward Counsellor level and have identified a simple solution that LBB could resolve. Problem: RAMSDEN PLAY AREA / WICHLING CLOSE is a small children’s play area situated in a built up residential area. This Play Area also has a small grassed area that children have taken to playing football on. Barriers are already in place to stop stray footballs from leaving the Play Area, however they are not high enough and has caused the following residing resident living next to this Play Area to suffer repeated broken fencing, plant pot damage and also made it hazardous for the residing residents when using their front garden. Lastly the two residing tenants are currently receiving treatment for CANCER with no respite from this ongoing problem. ( Please find attached images ). Please could I ask for the above complaint to be investigated and consideration be given to adding another three separate barriers to be bolted to the existing barriers already in place, Thank you. I would very much like to receive an update on this consideration, so that I can reply to all other parties involved. Thank you.

Tree pruning tree too large causing overhanging branches, 19th April
The tree requires extensive pruning as branches overhanging drive and the tree is taller than our house. This causes problems with light in the house plus bird mess all over our drive and car.
