Bushes obstruction, 6th May
The planters at the junction of Westgate and Albemarle Roads have shrubs in them which have now grown so much that they are obstructing the view for cars coming down Westgate Road to the junction. Impossible to see cyclists in the cycle lane. Odd place to plant shrubs as it will be a reoccurring problem.
