I have fallen over causing a sprained arm and will be considering legal action. The council have not removed a dangerous tree which has jutting roots causing an uneven surface. The tree is shedding constantly making the road and pathway slippery. The tree is outside 114 Aviemore way and needs removing

Land broken in to, 1st May
Greenspace just off cobalt close has been broken into and people go into the land and suspects teenagers going and drugs being taken, adv with regards to that to contact police but if the gated entrance can be fixed

Badly pruned tree, 1st May
This tree was just about destroyed by bad pruning. I requested it be replaced and was told it would be considered in the autumn programme 2023 but no action was taken and it looks dreadful. Can you please replace it.

10-12 in dip. 3-5metres wide, 1st May
This happened last Monday the 29th April. The gardener ordered a skip which was dropped off and picked up too early for anyone to be out of bed. The pavement has been mounted and has collapsed roughly to the width of the lorry. The driver didn’t knock to inform us and just drove off. You visited our neighbours pavement some weeks ago to mark damage on the next section and this was not there at the time. The skip company is RMS skips. They chose where to put the skip and to pick it up without any consultation.

Large hole in manhole cover outside number 51, 30th April
This is a dangerously large hole in the cover on Wickham Road. If a blind person was walking along the road they could get a foot stuck in it as could a child's scooter wheel and they could hurt themselves. It looks very dangerous.

Very large branch has come away from the tree, 30th April
Whilst walking in Harvington at 9a.m. this morning , very close to this tree, an extremely large branch crashed to the ground without any warning. The tree is marked with a red dot, so clearly has been earmarked for some reason. These trees should be cordoned off if that suggests a safety issue, as someone would have been seriously injured if they had been underneath.
