2nd budge job!, 30th April
Road has collapsed into the drain. This has resulted in the pipe connection being blocked and the drain not draining. Reported several times. 1st time attended and tar Mac pumped into the hole which fell into the drain. Told THREE times issue fixed which was a lie!!!! Passed today and bodged again!!!! The drain gully has collapsed! The drain is blocked and will sink again! Why can’t anyone do a job correctly first time rather than waste our money!!!!!

Young tree's support has snapped, 29th April
One of the fabric supports for the new tree outside 155\153 Queen Anne Avenue have snapped allowing the tree to be bent over by the wind with a risk of being uprooted or damaged. Please can the supports be replaced. It appears to have happened over the weekend and looks to be a simple failure instead of vandalism.

Tree needs staking to the ground before incident occurs, 29th April
The tree is lifting out of the pavement and is now bending over and touching the trees of both cars outside 73 Bourne Vale Road which is causing a hazardous and dangerous problem. There was 2 stakes which planted the tree down but there is 1 stake now and this needs the issue being resolved. There will be an issue as the tree is moving around in the wind and needs to be stabilised. This has been going on for a few weeks.
