Corner house rubbish, 11th May
I have reported this before somebody contacted me about the issue from Lewisham council. The problem still persists where this corner house has multiple bins some without lids and all the rubbish is flung over the pavement and road. It's worse now than before.

Unstable retaining wall next to public footpath, 10th May
The retaining wall belonging to the block of flats which borders Bromley Road between Scotts Avenue and Park Hill Road has several large cracks and looks unstable. The sections near to the lamp post are the area of concern, and could potentially pose a risk to pedestrians walking along the public footpath.

Overhanging vegetation on public footpath, 10th May
The pavement on Bromley Road between Scotts Avenue and Park Hill Road is very narrow. The tree that is on the private land of a block of flats along this boundary has some branches that are overhanging the footpath. This is forcing pedestrians to have to walk in the road / cycle lane
