The tree is being reported again, as it has been in previous years, as continuing to grow unabated in both height and canopy, leading to the following issues:
- uplift of the paving (trip hazard for pedestrians owing to the uneven / broken paving, risk of damage to vehicles when opening doors, due to the height the paving) - displacement of the kerb (risk of damage to vehicles when parking, due to the profile of the kerb, part of which is missing) - damage to the property boundary wall (due to the paving uplift / tree growth / root penetration) - damage to the property front garden / driveway (due to the root penetration) - suspected damage to the property drains, established during building work (due to the root penetration) - suspected strain on the property communications cabling, established during water meter installation (due to the root penetration)
To my knowledge, having lived in the property for over 16 years, no substantive maintenance of the tree has taken place in recent years, perhaps for the last decade. The tree has outgrown its position, damaging both public and private property, is in urgent need of cutting back, or potentially removal.

Pothole at entrance to Kings Meadow, 26th April
The pothole at the entrance to Kings Meadow from Minster Road has been there for some time. Although fairly shallow it is in the middle of the path and is a trip hazard. Also. The metal fence post is completely rusted through with jagged edges. This could cut someone if they brushed up against it.

Council Rubbish bag dumped in street, 26th April
Hello We noticed this bag of rubbish earlier in the week. Didn’t report as figured that when refuse was collected on Wednesday the refuse collectors or street cleaners would pick it up and dispose of it. As you can see from the bag it looks like the bags used in public bins. The logo states “Vieola in partnership with Bromley council”. This is in Prospect place on the left hand side of the six parking bays. Please arrange for this to be removed and disposed of correctly. Thanks

Large fallen heavy work barriers, creating falls hazard, 26th April
Abandoned pavements repair after tree/roots removal - large bricks/building debris left over two months. Large protective heavy yellow barriers, laying on the pavement, posing a likely trip/fall with a high risk of causing physical injury. Also falling on to the road.

Human excrement in duffel bag, 26th April
There is a duffel bag full of human excrement on the side of the pavement leading to an underground car park. This is a health hazard and appears to be getting more full each day.
