Blocked, first street gulley on Julian Rd, next to Downs., 12th May
Gulley is completely blocked with soil. All water and debris from the streets adjoining the Downs flows over it and causes severe flooding downstream at the Julian Rd/Downleaze bus route junction. This is a long standing issue and the Downleaze/Julian Rd gulley has already been cleared. The grid to this gulley often needs to be cleared 2-3 times during a heavy shower or flooding blocks the road entirely.

Damaged pavement in 2 areas due to trucks parking on kurb, 11th May
The pavement has completely broken up on one area and surface damaged in another. This pavement has been inadequately laid and is getting more and more damaged every time delivery trucks or heavier vehicles enter the road. The whole pavement needs to be completely re-laid to prevent this continuing to happen. We have residents with mobility issues who need to be able to use the pavements safely and it is becoming a hazard. Please inspect the areas in the photos and the rest of the road to see the extent of the increasing unevenness. Thanks.
