Mud and soil still across Back Lane, 29th February
This issue was reported on 23rd February and given reference number 5621291. On 27th February I received notification that you had “resolved this issue” My understanding was that the short-term fix was for contractors to remove the surface mud and soil. As you will see from the attached photos taken today, this has not happened and the lane is in a bad state. We do need this initial work done urgently and would be upset to think contractors were paid and closed the report given it clearly is not resolved.
