Underside of bridge is falling away exposing rebars., 16th April
The underside of bridge, carrying the M4, is falling away (under the central reservation) - directly above the pavement. Water is also pouring/dipping from the centre of the underside of the bridge.
Rebars are exposed and a section of the concrete 'skin' looks as if it is about to fall down.

Pedestrian crossing not working and dangerous, 11th April
When crossing the ring road from the side closest to Sainsbury’s/retail park, the button for the pedestrian crossing does not appear to work. The crossing on the East bound carriageway on the A4174 (towards the roundabout) works fine, but the crossing away from the roundabout on the West bound carriageway of the A4174 does not work. Pressing the button does nothing and the lights do not go on red to allow pedestrians to cross. This forces pedestrians and cyclists to risk crossing when traffic lights are green, putting them in danger. There is no other crossing to use to get across this road safely.

Terrible pothole / sunk cover, 27th March
I reported this about 4 weeks ago, hoping SouthGlos would SAVE money by doing a timely repair, but it has been left to deteriorate - just as I suggested would happen - so now it will cost more of OUR money to fix, and it has become an increasing danger to all road users, especially cyclists, throughout this time that it has been ignored and left to get 10x worse. PLEASE REPAIR THIS ROAD!

Whole road needs attention, 19th March
Terrible potholes up and down the street. Glass and rubbish on the side of the road (Usually used by learner drivers). Overgrown in places. Signs have been vandalised. This whole road needs attention, its the biggest stain of Lyde Green.

Deep pothole that is near enough straight after you turn into the road, 14th March
This pothole completely wrote off my tyre back in January and had to pay £219 for someone to come out to me and fit it at road side. They “filled” in the pot hole, which keeps on coming back and 3 people I know have now had the same problem

Open drain cover, 13th March
There is open/broken drain cover outside the golf club.
I have previously reported another missing cover close by which has now been fixed, but this is a different one.
There is a risk of someone falling in as it is quite deep.

Traffic lights out of sync, 10th March
Traffic lights from A4147 north and set directly after on the roundabout after Westerleigh turning out of sync. When first set go green, second set go red to go straight over. They are also only letting through about 6 vehicles at a time. Fault was rectified but appear to have gone wrong again this weekend.
