2 x blocked drains, 7th May
These drains are blocked and create over a foot of water completely blocking access to the property to the point where it is dangerous. This happens every time it rains now. This was reported in 2022 with only a temporary solution put in place. This needs urgent action!

Broken paving slab outside Coyote Ugly, Bristol, 7th May
I note this broken slab has been reported previously in October 2023 but it has still not been fixed. As mentioned above the broken slab is outside of Coyote Ugly on Bristol Harbourside and will be the cause of a bad injury if it is not fixed. My foot got caught in the gap and I fell over. I was lucky to get away with bad bruising and grazing (see photo attached) but I think this is only due to me wearing trousers.

Old tree obstructing ability to park, 6th May
The tree stump is not straight, it’s lean into the road & consequently makes it difficult to park as the stump/trunk leans into the road.
In addition, it’s dangerous in bad weather conditions.
This is a long-standing issue which needs to be addressed
