Pavement unsuitable for parents with children, 30th April

Tue, 30 Apr 2024 08:09:14 +0100
51.467655 -2.594483

Where Cotham brow meets the roundabout the pavement is so narrow parents with prams or walking children by hand are often rubbing shoulders with vehicle mirrors as the pass the marked crossing zone of the pavement. This is made hugely worse when people are trying to cross then you end up with people entering the road to make enough space. This is a heavily used junction but with a redesign there is enough space to enlarge these pedestrian pavements. Junction also encourages speeding traffic which amplifies the danger. Previously raised issue closed without resolution or any action.

As Churchill Road was resurfaced recently can you please ask the Road marking guy not to forget my request.

Mon, 29 Apr 2024 13:27:50 +0100

It has been left for years in a a botched state and is now open and allowing anti social behavior. The pavement is littered with huge nitrous oxide canisters within a couple of hundered metres of primary shool. The wall needs to be rebuilt in stone as required as soon as possible.
