Rusted metal pipe sticking out of the ground, 2nd May

Thu, 02 May 2024 23:54:46 +0100
51.475101 -2.507899

It used to be a pole with a sign and it rusted and fell over time. Scrap people probably took the upper bit but there is still the bit sticking out the ground and it is a health and safety matter. There are kids walking every day near it and sometimes walking on the wall above it. Something bad can happen.

The hedges along Argyle Road and Charlton Road need to be cut - the issue has been present since last summer.
