Not resolved 10th report to council. Overgrown Council owned footpath, 27th April
DO NOT CLOSE THIS UNTIL IT HAS BEEN FIXED! Footpath leading from Hareclive Road to Collinson Road. This public footpath has 10 houses along side it as I step out my private home onto the public footpath. This lane/footpath is never maintained it is completely overgrown and needs attention immediately. Rubbish is often dumped because of this. I can see an accident waiting to happen especially in the evenings with lower lighting and if something happens I will provide the evidence to show the number of reports I have made regarding these issues. A copy of this report is going to my MP.

Brambles growing over into an elderly persons council bungalow, 24th April
It's been a continuous problem for years but the family find it hard to keep up with the maintenance of Mums garden. The brambles come over the park fence into her garden, reaching the kitchen window sometimes. They are very high, arching over a great deal. There is also a problem with bamboo shooting up all over the front lawn, from a plant also growing in the park.

Parking on blind corner near school, 25th April
PLEASE can we have double yellow lines here-there is constant parking on corner / pavement near but opposite school entrance making it a dangerous blind corner. Driving down the street we are forced to go around them onto wrong side of road and constantly meet speeding vehicles heading up the street head on. If 20mph signs were adhered to, there wouldn’t be such a danger but average speed , I’d say, is 40. Thanks

Damaged Risdale Road, 24th April
Cracks, damage and unevenness to road. Unknown how long it's been there. This runs through the disabled parking spot and in between no. 102 and 104. Additional problem is the fact that doubledecker bus 24 uses this road now. Hitting this damaged road with such weight makes the house vibrate and crack.

Flytip/rubbish/hedges, 24th April
From 1 end through to the other end is rubbish ect.. this is a prow and we were told by bcc last year this lane will be cleared twice yearly, after 2 years of complaints.
Its a slum here..it's disgraceful we have to live in it.It is irrelevant if this is unoccupied land, the law says bcc is a unitary council which makes bcc responsible to keep it clean/clear/safe for the publics use.

Double Yellow Lines, 23rd April
Hi We have returned home today to find that double Yellow lines have been placed on the road outside our home right up to our driveway. I notice this is one most corners due to fair furlong school.
We have not been notified of this, it seems neighbors received a letter however we had not? The double yellows extend far beyond the corner and are also longer our side compared to the other side of the road? This now means we are unable to park outside our home which we have done for the last 6 years? My husbands parks his van there and it is always parked up to our drive safely away from the corner? Is there anyway the yellow lines can be retracted to reflect the same length as the other side of the road and enable us as residents to park outside our home? Many thanks
