The area of land at back of 1 Bratton Road and 118 creswick rd is extremely overgrown and rats are breeding there and therefore entering local gardens. Piece of land is accessed from footpath on creswick road and has a gate that is padlocked so unable to access to provide photos. The area has not been touched since before covid when it was regularly maintained. Brambles and trees are very overgrown.

Overgrown brambles weeds hedges & grass, 25th April

Thu, 25 Apr 2024 10:47:23 +0100
51.41111 -2.608847

This public footpath is never maintained it is completely overgrown and needs attention immediately. Rubbish is often dumped because of this. I can see an accident waiting to happen especially in the evenings with lower lighting and if something happens I will provide the evidence to show the number of reports I have made regarding these issues.

Wed, 24 Apr 2024 19:49:24 +0100
51.430588 -2.629475

It's been a continuous problem for years but the family find it hard to keep up with the maintenance of Mums garden. The brambles come over the park fence into her garden, reaching the kitchen window sometimes. They are very high, arching over a great deal. There is also a problem with bamboo shooting up all over the front lawn, from a plant also growing in the park.

Collasped drain. Road surface around drain is crunnling., 24th April

Wed, 24 Apr 2024 14:32:48 +0100
51.413836 -2.593013

Very dangerous as you don't see the drain until you come off the roundabout. A car had already gone over it in front of me and the drain caved in. He put a traffic cone over it so other drivers are aware. It has slowly been deteriorating for at least a month.

Parking on blind corner near school, 25th April

Thu, 25 Apr 2024 07:22:08 +0100
51.407079 -2.610912

PLEASE can we have double yellow lines here-there is constant parking on corner / pavement near but opposite school entrance making it a dangerous blind corner. Driving down the street we are forced to go around them onto wrong side of road and constantly meet speeding vehicles heading up the street head on. If 20mph signs were adhered to, there wouldn’t be such a danger but average speed , I’d say, is 40. Thanks

Damaged Risdale Road, 24th April

Wed, 24 Apr 2024 07:38:04 +0100
51.430525 -2.627312

Cracks, damage and unevenness to road. Unknown how long it's been there. This runs through the disabled parking spot and in between no. 102 and 104. Additional problem is the fact that doubledecker bus 24 uses this road now. Hitting this damaged road with such weight makes the house vibrate and crack.

Flytip/rubbish/hedges, 24th April

Wed, 24 Apr 2024 06:36:28 +0100
51.405798 -2.622493

From 1 end through to the other end is rubbish ect.. this is a prow and we were told by bcc last year this lane will be cleared twice yearly, after 2 years of complaints. Its a slum here..it's disgraceful we have to live in it.It is irrelevant if this is unoccupied land, the law says bcc is a unitary council which makes bcc responsible to keep it clean/clear/safe for the publics use.
