Entire road needs resurfacing, numerous trenches and potholes, 15th April
This road is in a disgraceful condition. There is almost nothing left of it. Numerous large potholes, previously filled potholes (pictured on google street view) have long worn away and the potholes have returned, no visible road markings. This road forms part of the A259, a major route through Eastbourne used by visitors and tourists, and this is the state of the roads we welcome them with. This road has two lanes, and is currently un usable for that purpose as vehicles literally drive down it weaving from left to right dodging the craters. Needs full resurfacing.

Entire road subsiding, road surface crumbling, 15th April
This area is subsiding and damaging vehicles. The speed limit through these lights is 30mph, and anybody passing through the traffic lights southbound risk damaging their vehicle.
Vehicles bumpers scrape the tarmac, such is the level of subsidence in this area. There is almost no tarmac left, the entire junction is crumbling and covered in loose gravel and rocks from what was the road surface.
Photos attacked are from Google Street view in 2021, and the road has been getting progressively worse since. Now 3 years later, it's like driving on the moon.
