Entire road needs resurfacing, numerous trenches and potholes, 15th April
This road is in a disgraceful condition. There is almost nothing left of it. Numerous large potholes, previously filled potholes (pictured on google street view) have long worn away and the potholes have returned, no visible road markings. This road forms part of the A259, a major route through Eastbourne used by visitors and tourists, and this is the state of the roads we welcome them with. This road has two lanes, and is currently un usable for that purpose as vehicles literally drive down it weaving from left to right dodging the craters. Needs full resurfacing.

Rocking Paving Stone at Rear of Beacon., 13th March
This paving stone has been 'rocking' for ages, so really needs to be repaired a.s.a.p. When the side of the paving stone is trod on it rocks up much more than 3cm, so there is every chance that a pedestrian will trip over and sustain an injury- which will result in the local council being sued!

'Rocking' paving stone at rear entrance to The Beacon., 2nd March
As you approach the rear M & S entrance to The Beacon there is 'rocking paving stone', which has been like that for a very long time. The paving stone just needs to be lifted and rebedded in, so would not take very long to put right. This is a potential tripping hazard for anybody using the rear entrance to The Beacon ( especially the old, the very young and the infirm), so should be attended to as soon as possible.
