The manhole cover is falling into the hole in one side. This has been noticeable over the last week as you can also now hear when vehicles go over it. I presume the ledge inside, that the cover sits on, has fallen away. There is a small amount of cracking appearing in the same corner to the road surface too. Can someone pop out to inspect please and organise repair.

Pot hole poor road surface, 30th March
This junction seems to be flooded at the earliest event of any rainfall. The road is constantly under water and the surface is losing its strength. The deeper holes are dangerous for cyclists and vehicles . Unfortunately I have fallen victim to excessive damage . Whilst driving the route , what I thought was a small shallow pool of rainwater, actually resulted in a deep over 100mm hole . This has caused my vehicle damage resulting in me sending the vehicle into the garage for repair costs .
