Pot hole poor road surface, 30th March
This junction seems to be flooded at the earliest event of any rainfall. The road is constantly under water and the surface is losing its strength. The deeper holes are dangerous for cyclists and vehicles . Unfortunately I have fallen victim to excessive damage . Whilst driving the route , what I thought was a small shallow pool of rainwater, actually resulted in a deep over 100mm hole . This has caused my vehicle damage resulting in me sending the vehicle into the garage for repair costs .

Weeds, grass and debris covering cycle path, 27th January
The hedge has been cut back but the path is still overgrown by grass and weeds so that the tarmac is almost invisible, plus now the cuttings from the hedge are all over it providing puncture opportunities! So still problematic to cycle along.

Collapsed drain cover, 29th December
A collapsed drain on the Langbury lane curve heading south towards the ferring railway crossing poses a significant RTA risk due to parked vehicles on the tight curve and oncoming traffic including the N0. 700 bus route. This catches vehicles unaware forcing them into the path of oncoming vehicles whilst on the curve.

Motorbike pulling wheelies and super loud exhuast, 13th December
Every work day in the morning, around 7am the bike leaves, and generally does not do it in a quiet fashion. Again returns around 4:30-5pm in an even more aggressive fashion, often pulling wheelies from the junction with Roundstone lane till reaching roughly where the pin is dropped at high speed. Will then ride onto the pavement and up into the terraced houses pavement area on the north side of Downs Way all the while revving the engine.
In regards to the bike, it most definitely has an illegal exhaust system fitted with the catalytic converter removed. If I'm on the pavement when he comes past, my children will have to cover their ears as it physically hurts them.

There is plenty of space to park on the road and this person has parked on the pavement which has meant I have and others not been able to get prams pushchairs through the gap left and had to use the road instead.
