2 loose manhole covers, 22nd January
There are 2 loose manhole covers after the Shell garage and before the Thorndene Way estate on the A650. They've been loose a while, the road's very busy and therefore very noisy.

Collapsed drain in road, 2nd January
Unsure how long this has been an issue! Hole was flooded was raining heavy approx 6pm 31.12.23 car went down with a right bang. Reported to council they were already reported as an issue but no cones out to warn drivers to avoid! Awaiting car mechanic to check underneath of my vehicle to check for any damage, shock absorbers etc. Have video cam footage. Please be cautious if not been sorted

Anti social behaviour, 30th December
I have 2 special needs children who have stopped playing in they garden due to my neighbour children’s at 67 Hastings street and other children’s from other street provoking,harassing and intermediate my children they actions have stopped my children from playing in their own garden causing my children distress

Tree blown over, 22nd December
There is a tree that has gone over in the recent winds. However, the trunk has snapped about 2 Metres up and the remaining tree has landed upright adjacent to it but leaning on another tree. I am not sure how stable it is like this.

The manhole cover is missing from the drain in Bierley woods. There is now a deep hole full of water posing a risk to animals and people. It’s been like this for a number of months following previous unsuccessful repairs.

Sunken drain cover, 11th August
Sunken drain cover reported several times outside 129 Whitehall Road East. Every time a heavy vehicle hits this sink cover it makes a large bang which can be heard in our lounge and front bedroom. When problems occur on M62 and traffic is diverted from J26 to 27 via Whitehall Road East the noise is unbearable. Someone did come & mark it with spray paint but nothing got done.

Most Lights not working, 26th July
Most of the lights are dead with only a couple working/flashing. Most of this section of motorway is in darkness every night has at least a year. Problem between Hunsworth Lane bridge and A58 Whitehall Road West bridge.

Please send someone to clean this street, The moss is covering 20cm of one side of this public road, rubush everywhere, moss and weed is covering the whole street. Needs good brush and shovel to clean

Moss and weed on public street, 11th July
This public street has not been maintained at all since covid and it's getting worse every year. The street was not clean for over 3 years I did see some people coming from council pick few rubbish and then go no one is clearing the weeds and moss that is covering 10-20% of public road that council own. I have reported it few times and they send someone with a spray, to spray on the moss ? this is joke it needs good cleaing with shovel. Please send someone to clean this public closed street

Pot hole fills with water and due to the speed of traffic splash pedestrians and vehicles parked., 30th May
This pot hole has been here going on 3 years. Poor repair from a water leak and the council has been made aware. The noise of cars dipping into the hole can be heard and must prevent people sleeping.

Kids throwing tarmack from over there garden, 24th April
These children have been throwing stones been going on a few week on , off now been round to house no one answer door done damage to next door and my front door we dont want police involved becouse they young kids but would like something done about this as my children cant play in the back incase stone hits one of them
