Water from drain on road freezing, 3rd December
Reported maybe 7+ years ago and number of times since by me and others, doesn’t seem to have been inspected? A spring or broken drain under the road leaks water through tarmac at this point after heavy rain. See picture. In winter this covers the road in water that freezes even though rest of toad is dry. This happens at the top of a steep hill, water covers the entire hill for 50 feet or so at the steepest point outside Kent Furnishings. This ice makes the road impassable at times. Can be very thick ice, totally covering entire road. People cannot get to work, children cannot get to school. Happened last week again, children missed school. Your help would be appreciated, thanks.

Blocked culvert under road causing flooding, 16th December
Culvert under road is blocked, when it rains, whole road floods. The top of the culvert is open and is a deep 3 foot hole 2 feet square, when flooded looks like a simple puddle but is in fact 3 feet deep. A danger to dogs, children as it's not covered. Farmer has put a "danger" sign next to it. Road floods and crumbled away when icy but road was repaired recently but culvert not unblocked.
Directly at side of field gate on west side of Moor Lane near copse of trees as indicated on map.

Spring or blocked culvert water rising through road and freezing entire road, 16th December
Almost constant flow of water rising up through tarmac that spreads across the entire road on a very steep hill that at 1000', freezes often and makes the road dangerous or impassable.
Approx 10' above junction of Moor Lane & Edge Lane in Grassington, opposite Kent Furniture.
Doesn't seem related to rainfall, water flows up even when dry. Recently children have not been able to get to school due to road being unsafe for school taxi to get up hill. Hill so steep and entire road freezes, it's an accident waiting to happen. The issue has been there for a few years but recently seems considerably worse.
