The drains down the left handside of the house are not sealed and only partially covered with wood. It has been like thus for a year since house was completed. Surely building regulations shoukd not allow this.

Flytipping, 1st April
The two photos show two large flytips but the entire length of Hill House Edge Lane, Nab Water Lane and up to the Calderdale boundary with Cold Edge has had dozens of used car tyres dumped at 10 or 20m intervals. Surely it is time to look at something fresh for this road? Either spend the money and make it a proper 2 lane road that would ease traffic on the A629 and A646 or close it entirely to vehicular traffic?

This location has been reported and 'fixed' many times. (2018, 2019 as examples where the following was noted) There appears to be a leak of water from underneath that exacerbates the problem. I'll wager it still doesn't get fixed properly.

Blocked drain and new pothole, 3rd March
As you can see from the photo, there is a blocked drain (Photo is a few weeks old) There is often a blocked drain here and the road surface soon degrades. As can also be seen from the photo it has recently been patched here. There is a new pothole. The drain needs fixing once and for all or the council/highways will be attending this location repeatedly to fix this

Large amount of flytipping, 4th March
A previously reported builders bag of plasterboard offcuts has now been joined by a settee, a lorry load tipping of soil and 'spoil' and numerous other items. Over the fence and down the slope towards a stream that feeds the reservoir are dozens of black bin backs and numerous items of litter that the recent bad weather has blown there from a dump site further up the valley
