Red sign not displaying correctly on gantry / speed limit not displayed correctly, 5th May

Hi. I have been travelling from Wakefield to Bradford along the M62 today between 11.45 - 1.30AM with vehicle reg RK62 URN, I joined the motorway and remained at a speed of 60-70 mph. With the motorway being smart, I understand the speed may have changed however there was no sign indicating the speed limit. Upon passing one speed camera, I have been flashed however was doing below 70mph. Shortly after, I have been flashed again at the next camera doing below 70mph. It seems the signs are incorrect as I would never intentionally speed against the limit in force. I am confused as to whether the flash may be due to me being in a X lane - the gantry displaying the X is faulty and is not an X as I can recall seeing a distorted red dot mark on the signboard. Unfortunately I don't have the precise location however it was along below journey: 1. From M62(W) slip road to Manchester/Leeds/Bradford 2. Merge onto M62 (8.8 mi) 3. Jct 26, left lane to take M606/A58 exit to Bradford/Halifax.

The gully gratings are blocked at approx. A102.6 and further along., 1st May

Wed, 01 May 2024 16:55:48 +0100
53.744032 -1.717362

The gullies in Lane 3/4 have blocked. They may be full of silt or the silt/debris has blocked the openings in the gratings. The gullies are no longer fit for purpose and this could lead to carriageway flooding if the surface water runoff is not able to get off the carriageway.

Numerous messaging signs are not illuminated between jct 26 and jct 29 East and West, 22nd April

Mon, 22 Apr 2024 09:56:39 +0100
53.738581 -1.723813

A number of variable speed signs are not displaying any message or speed, including one the on the 8th April when approaching roadworks one red 'X' was not displaying in lane 3 (of 4) around j28 (East bound). This is despite the previous gantry displaying two red 'X's for lanes 3 and 4. Also a number of gantries have signs out when variable speed restrictions are in force - one gantry close to jcn26 had only one sign showing speed in lane 2. Both sections could do with a check to see what signs are operating as they currently the present a poor interface to drivers.
