Dead fox against central reservation, 6th February
There is a dead fox laid against the central reservation just before the entrance to Hartshead services going in the direction to Huddersfield / Brighouse. Please remove as the poor creature has been there over 2 weeks now

Parking on disabled box, 14th January

Van parking within 10m of junction and on a corner, 20th December
Van parking within 10m of junction and on a corner. This van is making this corner very hazardous,daily near misses ,police cannot be bothered . Highway code states that you should not park within 10m of junction or on a corner . Certain people believe that the rules don't apply to them .

VRS barrier removed from posts, due to overgrowing trees, 11th December
Tree's have grown within the central reservation, which are not only covering illuminated signage but have also remove the vehicle restraint system from its posts - posing as a potential safety risk.

Unsecure sign, 23rd November
There is a yellow sign flapping in the wind on the M606 slip road heading towards Bradford from Chainbar island. The sign is flapping nearly in half and isn't secure in its stand and could cause damage.

Abandoned lorry trailer, 28th September
A lorry trailer has been parked on land opposite the Wyke Lion pub. It looks very unsightly. It is also confusing for motorists driving from Lightcliffe towards Chain Bar as it looks like a lorry is appearing from their right hand side. If it isn't moved now, it will deteriorate over the winter and will become impossible to move and it will remain there indefinitely. That would be a great shame as the land - up until now - was an attractive green space.

Worn road markings/no lane signs, 19th June
The 3 lanes need marking up and better signage for lanes as nearly everyday i have someone in the wrong lane nearly running into me. The left lane is left turn only onto M62 and people go straight forward onto the A58 cutting up the person in the middle lane who then cuts up the person in the outside lane. All people focus on is the 3 lanes at the end of the slip road going onto the 3 lanes to the roundabout and dont see the sigs on the road or follow the white lines. This needs attention as it has nearly caused several accidents not just for me but for alot of other road users as i see it on a daily basis.

M62 at chainbar roundabout, 29th April
The sign as you approach chainbar roundabout from m62 westbound says the left hand lane goes to Dewsbury (A638) when in fact the road markings mean the left lane can only go LEFT and not to Dewsbury A638 In order to go to the A638 you need to be in the middle lane at the bottom of the m62 on chainbar approach.

Parking on corner of street, opposite a junction, 23rd April
Same person two cars ,ignorant of the highway code (or just doesn't care) Parking dangerously on the corner of the road and opposite a junction,they are even ripping up the grass verge. Wow they are so important,the rules don't apply to them.They don't care that it is really dangerous on this corner especially for the children who play on the estate. It won't be their fault when a crash happens. May it be their own family involved.
