Constant parking on kerb / footpath, 8th November
The constant parking of cars parking on footpath / kerbs is causing issues with access to residents of Highdale croft which is a complex for older people . Many times there has been issues of people nearly getting knocked over with the fact the footpaths are been used for cars parking and people having to walk on road Very dangerous accident waiting to happen . Thought it was an offence parking on kerbs / footpaths .

Car transporter parking on/blocking the pavement and road loading and unloading cars - scrap - persistent and ongoing problem. This transporter is seen parked over night loaded up with scrap/tyres. This practice - loading unloading and being parked unattended is a hazard - the street has young children who use the road area for play. The pavements/road are becoming stained with left behind particular debris.
