There is a manhole access point in the middle of the road which is significantly 'raised' or the surrounding road has sunk. There is a danger this will take the sump off a car. The road sinks right down towards the pavement which is also damaged. It has been like this for years but is much worse in the last 6 months.

Flat nr 10 in block house,bd175qy southcliffe way, 6th August
I m enough with this flat,realy in all ways !i know no one not gona do nothing bcoz i did sooo many reports about tgis area ,call many times police,no one react to this ,looks like discrimination!but tonight i m geting sick from that noisy music,shouting time is now 01.03 night ,no me ,no my bump baby,not my 13th year old son we are not able to sleep and enjoy silence at night time,boz of dem people who is on drugs and alcohol rest of dem life!i don t know where to go for help i didn t get it yet from may,when problem started at this post code!
