Serious consistent flooding, 8th December
This particular area suffers significant flooding and cause vehicle aqua gliding, on outside lane after the bridge. In very heavy rain this causes vehicles to splash huge waves of water across to the opposite carriageway, onto vehicle windscreens and causing serious and immediate loss of visibility. There's needs to be drainage.

Uneven Formed Cycle Lane, 21st November
Council has recently put a new Cycle Lane which is made unevenly. It causes the cars to collide into “1 Lane” as there isn't anymore 2 Lanes. This was a plan to make outside the School safe which is now a huge hazard for Busses and Cars colliding into each other and crashing due to no road markings & no sign to show the lanes becoming narrow. Someone will die or have a fatal accident soon as you can stand and watch how disgusting the council has made a dodge job out of this road.

Footpath blocked, 14th November
There is a public right of way heading northwest from this point that has been blocked using a heavy metal agricultural gate. It can be moved for access but is very heavy and potentially dangerous to move which limits who can use this path. I asked on a local group and a farmer said he had put it there temporarily for sheep grazing, however, after some months the problem remains. I would like a suitable and appropriate gate there so that this footpath remains free for all to use. It is important to me that historic rights of way are maintained. The farmers surname was Ludbrooke and I believe they use land all around the area. Many thanks,
Phil

Tree Preservation Order Application, 18th May
I’m seeking protection for this old Bay Willow (I believe) that is behind my house on Sycamore Avenue, Bingley (BD16 1HD). The tree is large and hosts many different species, from bats and birds to bees, wasps and many other pollinators. The tree is fundamental to not only the local wildlife, but also to the mental and spiritual well-being of myself and my family; and also that of my neighbours.
The tree is not rooted in private land, though it’s crown does reach over property that is maintained by groundskeepers- that are admittedly heavy handed with their power tools.
I believe it my responsibility as a resident to file a TPO for this tree, as it means a great deal to me and my family.
Thank you.

Two potholes, one about 30cm across, 23rd April
These two potholes are on a left hand blind bend of a narrow road, and require drivers to pull over to the right hand side to avoid them. This is obviously dangerous as it’s causing people to put their vehicles into the path of oncoming traffic.
