This has been raised with council before but no action has been taken.
High risk of accident due to position and repetitive nature of illegal acts.
Issue has been going on since airport started charging £3.50 to drop off.

Extremely Icy, 23rd January
The roads in Throop are extremely icy and especially this bend shown on the map. This needs to be gritted during the winter before a bad accident happens. My car span this morning, luckily I wasn't hurt.

Parley Lane has collapsed in the middle of the carriageway, 6th April
Parley Lane has collapsed in the middle of the carriageway just before the lights to the airport travelling towards Ferndown. This has been getting worse for a number of months now and this now needs attention before it gets any worse. The carriageway is in a bad state of repair to what is a busy airport.

Plastic bags on fences and roadsides, 5th January
I passed the airport today (5 Jan 2012) and was dismayed to see the number of plastic bags hanging off the fences on the side of the road. While I know its been very windy recently it looked like they've been there for a while. Doesn't give visitors to Bournemouth a great impression. Would be nice to have them cleared.

Overgrown Hedge, 23rd August
Hedge overgrown across footpath, on footpath edge of field just to east of Stocks farm, Christchurch Road, West Parley.
Additionally over hanging trees too low outside the Curlew Public House just a few metres back west of the above, all on same side of Christchurch Road.
