Public footpaths have uneven and holes along with gravel and past poor repairs repeatedly reported to dcc but nothing ever done, 21st December
Cllr Bryan added active travel is not just for cyclists and pedestrians, but also for people who need wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
“Uneven, narrow pavements and missing crossings can prevent them from moving safely around their area, limiting their independence, with resulting impacts on their health and happiness,” he added.
“Being able to walk, wheel and cycle more easily can reduce air pollution and improve our own mental and physical health and wellbeing, even in small doses.
“Please have your say by taking part in our short survey. Your input will help Dorset access more funding from the government so we can make getting around their local area easier for everyone.”
The survey will be open until January 18 and is available on Dorset Council’s website to fill in.

Overgrown Hedge, 5th August
Hi - in the garden of 17 Allenby Road the hedge is so overgrown it is blocking the footpath, unable to walk past there with a walking young child and buggy side by side Would also add not help by the Evolve - think thats the name of the company parked three quarters across the footpath.

18” x 14” pothole, 18th March
This pothole has appeared over the last few weeks. I reported the same pothole a year or two ago and it was quickly repaired. Unfortunately with the recent bad weather it has reappeared again.

Pothole about 18 inch diameter which is in the road just outside the driveway of our house., 12th March
This is a repaired pothole which needs re repairing. Every time our car leaves & enters the driveway it runs over the pothole, probably causing the pothole to worsen.

Blocked drains. No gutter cleaning carried out, 11th December
No cleaning has been carried out on the West side of the road in the last 6 years. Any cleaning has been carried out by residents and put into their garden rubbish bins. This is not acceptable.

Van parked in space for disabled parking. He was not disabled - there are 2 spaces in the "toast rack) off Blandford Road, Broadstone, 7th August
With only 2 disabled parking spaces on the 'toast rack' I was in a queue outside Barclays Bank, Broadstone today and a silver Ford van FY57ZNU parked in one of the spaces. He certainly wasn't not disabled. When I mentioned it to him, he was abusive. All he did was get a cup of coffee!

We noticed a Blue Mazda soft top convertable sports car at the end of Holyrood Close a few days ago and it is still there, It has a broken side window and the roof is partially open. Reg Number J957 XCF.

Pavement has sunk in the middle and has raised in another part., 28th August
The pavement has been like it for months, but our car has been scraping on the raised area every time we enter or leave our drive. We have just discovered the damage to the bottom of our car and now have a huge hole in it. We are waiting to hear the cost for our car, but as you can appreciate, I can't risk parking my car on the drive again until the pavement is fixed.

Open drain no cover outside 26 Moor Road, Broadstone, 15th March
Whilst walking from school yesterday, my son stumbled down this hole. Not sure how long it has been like this but if it had been an older person serious damage could have been done. As it is he hurt his leg, but it could have been a lot worse.

Flooding, 14th March
Flooding in this subway area on the tesco side has been a problem here for a while. Its takes 2-3 days to drain away after rainfall. Sometimes, and most recently, it's been too deep to walk through when you're not wearing waterproof shoes. I've had to turn around and cross the busy road ahead on numerous occasions. On top of that the rubbish is always there too.
