Came along this road yesterday and heard an almighty thud, my tyres seemed ok when I got home, but came out today to seey nearside front tyre was completely flat.

Public footpaths have uneven and holes along with gravel and past poor repairs repeatedly reported to dcc but nothing ever done, 21st December
Cllr Bryan added active travel is not just for cyclists and pedestrians, but also for people who need wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
“Uneven, narrow pavements and missing crossings can prevent them from moving safely around their area, limiting their independence, with resulting impacts on their health and happiness,” he added.
“Being able to walk, wheel and cycle more easily can reduce air pollution and improve our own mental and physical health and wellbeing, even in small doses.
“Please have your say by taking part in our short survey. Your input will help Dorset access more funding from the government so we can make getting around their local area easier for everyone.”
The survey will be open until January 18 and is available on Dorset Council’s website to fill in.

This pothole has appeared over the last few weeks. I reported the same pothole a year or two ago and it was quickly repaired. Unfortunately with the recent bad weather it has reappeared again.

Illegal parking, 7th April
Continually, cars double park at the bottom of Wayman Road and park on the corners either side. Dangerous and limited vision for vehicles to come from Rushcombe Way going up the hill and for oncoming cars coming down the hill in Wayman Road.

Double parking on bottom of Wayman road on the junction of Rushcombe Way., 1st April
Cars are double parking all the way down the hill. As you approach the bottom of the hill on the bend the gap is only just big enough to get a large car through. An ambulance, fire engine or lorries would not get down the road. Vehicles are also parking on the corner of the road making it dangerous for cars coming both down and up the hill as you have to drive on the opposite side of the road. The parking is also making it both difficult and dangerous to get in and out of the driveways.

Pothole about 18 inch diameter which is in the road just outside the driveway of our house., 12th March
This is a repaired pothole which needs re repairing. Every time our car leaves & enters the driveway it runs over the pothole, probably causing the pothole to worsen.

Van parked in space for disabled parking. He was not disabled - there are 2 spaces in the "toast rack) off Blandford Road, Broadstone, 7th August
With only 2 disabled parking spaces on the 'toast rack' I was in a queue outside Barclays Bank, Broadstone today and a silver Ford van FY57ZNU parked in one of the spaces. He certainly wasn't not disabled. When I mentioned it to him, he was abusive. All he did was get a cup of coffee!

Pavement has sunk in the middle and has raised in another part., 28th August
The pavement has been like it for months, but our car has been scraping on the raised area every time we enter or leave our drive. We have just discovered the damage to the bottom of our car and now have a huge hole in it. We are waiting to hear the cost for our car, but as you can appreciate, I can't risk parking my car on the drive again until the pavement is fixed.

Open drain no cover outside 26 Moor Road, Broadstone, 15th March
Whilst walking from school yesterday, my son stumbled down this hole. Not sure how long it has been like this but if it had been an older person serious damage could have been done. As it is he hurt his leg, but it could have been a lot worse.

Consider addition of box junction, 12th February
As someone who uses the junction between Blandford Road and Springdale Road every morning during rush hour, I think that the additional of a box junction for traffic travelling south on Blandford Road / joining Blandford Road from Springdale Road to travel south would help ease congestion. Most mornings traffic will block the junction (albeit temporarily) in an attempt to squeeze in before the traffic signals change.
